NuVo Music Port

The NuVo Grand Concerto and Essentia E6G systems bring unparalleled quality of sound to your entire home, and now we’ve made it even easier to enjoy your favorite music by introducing a breakthough in digital entertainment – the NuVo Music Port. In the same way that NuVo’s in-wall OLED enables you to control your audio system via its clean control pad interface, the Music Port takes this control to a whole new level. Now you can manage multiple sources of music from anywhere in the house via a simple user interface (shown above). When paired with the Grand Concerto or Essentia E6G, the Music Port works together with your home network to turn a dedicated host PC into a music server with up to 6 sources of music running simultaneously. That means any and all of your networked or client PCs can become conduits to your favorite music, whether it's in iTunes, Windows Media Player, or any other media player. And Music Port enables these same PCs to control all of your aggregated music through a single, clean, user-friendly interface, via an easy software installation.

Sound complicated? It’s actually brilliantly simple. When your PCs are networked, a simple cut and paste operation moves your music to a shared folder. Even the software install can be downloaded to each networked PC from a common folder. Control your music from anywhere in the home that your PC (or touch screens) are. You can change the music in your kitchen while you’re barbecuing on the deck or change the volume level out on the deck while you sit in your home office. Music Port takes all of your music, organizes it, and places it right at your fingertips to manage anywhere, and any way, you see fit.
