NUVO TECHNOLOGIES STAYS AHEAD OF THE GAME WITH NEW INNOVATIVE INTERACTIVE ONLINE TRAINING

June 23, 2004, CINCINNATI, OH - NuVo Technologies, the respected designer and manufacturer of automated home audio distribution products, has unveiled a new comprehensive and interactive online product orientation and training web site: NuVo UniVersity. NuVo UniVersity is designed to familiarize installers with NuVo products and their single-platform installation. The course emphasizes proper installation and using the new, state-of-the-art Concerto Configurator software.

The introduction of NuVo University, which will be online on the NuVo web site www.nuvotechnologies.com by midsummer 2004, coincides with the release of NuVo’s most powerful and feature-laden product to date: the ConcertoT Six-Source, Eight-Zone Audio Distribution System. Some highlights of the training tool include:

  • Dealers will be able to access NuVo University at any time, and complete the course or use as a resource at their leisure.
  • Completing the NuVo University course will allow the installer to gain the distinction of being NuVo Certified, including a frameable diploma.
  • In conjunction the NuVo University, installers and dealers will have access to a “Downloads” page where users can download the most recent software and firmware upgrades for the Concerto and Essentia systems.
  • Dealers and installers will be able to register for e-mail updates from Professor Kilowatt. These will have alerts for the newest downloads, important installation information, and technical support.
